The Song of the King (Max Lucado)
Posted by tom | Mar 21, 2011Eden and I have been digging into book after book in our local congregation's library. Recently we read The Song of the King (Max Lucado. Illustrated by Toni Goffe. Crossway. 1995). What a story! I think that I enjoyed the quest of the three knights for the hand of princess more than Eden :-) Lucado provides an excellent exploration of the fears and flaws which accompany our strengths. May each and everyone of us hear/follow the song of the Father/King, guided by ____ * in the face of "the Hopenots" which inhabit "the forests" through which we travel.
